• You grant Nooz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, display, and publish your content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.

• You will not submit any content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, abusive, or in violation of intellectual property or privacy rights.

• You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

 

Nooz reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

When using Nooz, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform to distribute spam or other unsolicited communications;

Nooz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms or other policies.  Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform.

Nooz disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nooz and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
